For years, international floorball development has often been built around short visits, individual camps and isolated coaching sessions. These can create inspiration - but inspiration alone doesn't create sustainable development.
We believe the biggest change happens when knowledge becomes part of the environment itself.
That means developing the coaches who develop the players. Building structures that support better coaching. Creating clear pathways for players to progress. And working alongside organizations long enough to help turn new ideas into everyday practice.

Players can work directly with OFA through individual coaching, performance analysis, mentoring, development programs and other services.
