How do we get started with OFA?

There is no single starting point.

You may come to us with a specific need - such as coach education, match analysis, player development or a training camp - or with a broader ambition to develop your club, academy or association.

We start by understanding where you are today, where you want to go and what is preventing you from getting there.

From there, we identify how OFA can help.

Let's explore the possibilities together.

What do you mean by "long-term development"?

Long-term development means moving beyond individual sessions, camps or workshops and creating a process that continues over time.

This can involve coach education, mentoring, performance analysis, player development, organizational support and regular follow-up.

The exact structure depends on your needs.

There is no one-size-fits-all OFA program.

Does OFA come to us, or do we come to OFA?

Both.

Some of our programs are delivered online, while others take place directly at your club, academy or organization.

We also organize camps, workshops and development opportunities in different locations. For long-term partnerships, we can combine on-site work, online education, analysis and continuous support.

I already work with a club or coach. Can I still work with OFA?

Absolutely. OFA does not need to replace the people or organizations you already work with.

We can complement your existing environment with additional expertise, education, analysis, mentorship or development support. We are happy to work alongside existing coaches, clubs and organizations where our knowledge can add value.

Our goal is not to take over your development environment - it is to make it stronger.
